Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Delta VFD1100CP43A-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eurotherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm such as the 955SPL4R51 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 590L035091 manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 38699 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Electro-Cam Brand PS614424M17L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Esa-Nsk such as ESAJ1003A2521 equipment made by Esa-Nsk have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2228410 by Emerson and ESAJ1003A2521 spares by Esa-Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
