Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cybelec ROM 201-01a parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cyclone products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daifuku parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cyclo-drive-Altax product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cyclone such as the CPCI713 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STV3340B manufactured by Daifuku and we are pleased to be able to service most Daifuku systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNVM02508529 by Manufacturer Cyclo-drive-Altax as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Namco Brand EA17031100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cyberex such as 3650 equipment made by Cyberex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cyberex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cyberex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 177250 made by Cymer as well as the popular N2X20105d original spares produced by Cybelec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PBG12203 by Dale and 3650 spares by Cyberex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D100EA40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
