Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Crowcon TRIPLE+PLUS triple Plus+ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Custom-Power-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Power-Systems such as the C149B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2589A manufactured by Cti and we are pleased to be able to service most Cti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A202K1DZM by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Iko Brand CRWG3125 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as 18891 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BT02513203 made by Proface as well as the popular A53TP25D original spares produced by Crydom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A202K3E by Cutler-Hammer and 18891 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 942672 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Curtis.
