Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cleveland 97-155892-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Clock-Kineticon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the CLV6406120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 825105181R manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CS1431 by Manufacturer Clock-Kineticon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cognex Brand 825105001R02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cnc such as 962172 equipment made by Cnc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cnc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cnc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M700 made by Coban as well as the popular 231A0000P0300M12 original spares produced by Cmr-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 82503981R by Cognex and 962172 spares by Cnc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DM300LENS10LL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
