Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Centerline 420-21230 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cimatrix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Century parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Chromalox product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cimatrix such as the 888 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P56AH94A01 manufactured by Century and we are pleased to be able to service most Century systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 200140211 by Manufacturer Chromalox as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Welding-Technologies Brand CHS2200CHS22001008210 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Century such as 7P56AB09D90C01 equipment made by Century have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Century products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Century" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available COB12510037 made by Century as well as the popular GDT5X125L original spares produced by Checkers-Safety-Group

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC113 by Century and 7P56AB09D90C01 spares by Century are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11051 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Challenger.
