Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ceag 86-264AC890CO-25DC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cerus-Industrial products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ck-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ckd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cerus-Industrial such as the CRC400240V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 151040076 manufactured by Ck-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Ck-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CAC4A63B150 by Manufacturer Ckd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cognex Brand IS8400M36350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognitens such as CC1300 equipment made by Cognitens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognitens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognitens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Cisco made by Cisco-Ws-c3850-48f-s as well as the popular PT960005504X4 original spares produced by Celesco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMR262X0160 by Cognex and CC1300 spares by Cognitens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
