Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the DS315 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N3E0660M manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPA15116 by Manufacturer Mts as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cutler Brand AF91BGOC002D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leadshine such as 110HS20 equipment made by Leadshine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leadshine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leadshine" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MPA07S made by Custom as well as the popular DSB2 original spares produced by Etel
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45T002930412 by Magnetek and 110HS20 spares by Leadshine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
