Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bimba PT-247180-C1KM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Binmaster products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bonfigioli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bishop-wisecarver product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Binmaster such as the 3DLPRGSM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12300968A412NRP112112B4T1 manufactured by Bonfigioli and we are pleased to be able to service most Bonfigioli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H113 by Manufacturer Bishop-wisecarver as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bonfigioli Brand A102NH25P71 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bimba such as USS042A1 equipment made by Bimba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bimba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bimba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 113484100 made by Bison as well as the popular BN71B4 original spares produced by Bonfigioli

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1321007112 by Bluffton and USS042A1 spares by Bimba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BL20GWENIP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
