Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Belimo LM24-SR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bizerba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bettis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bizerba such as the 4515000309 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CBA315 manufactured by Bettis and we are pleased to be able to service most Bettis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BRVMBCHMBCRT0A1CFCC8501 by Manufacturer Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bonitron Brand M3545H015M4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Berkeley such as N10CPFPECM60 equipment made by Berkeley have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SER31122 by Berger and N10CPFPECM60 spares by Berkeley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1862200803 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bently-Nevada.
