Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner SGE3-533Q3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Shi-Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sharp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Shibasoku product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Shi-Sumitomo such as the JA765627AXJA765626AE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S5771NC9X manufactured by Sharp and we are pleased to be able to service most Sharp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P150612B2 by Manufacturer Shibasoku as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sick Brand 1041278 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as FGSE105021 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FO7 made by Shimpo as well as the popular C40E0601AG300C40S0601AA300 original spares produced by Sick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1046538 by Sick and FGSE105021 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
