Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ati 9120-R32-T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baileigh-Industrial products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Br product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baileigh-Industrial such as the EATM321900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5PP1201043K09 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XGA by Manufacturer Br as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aucom Brand EMX30580B7C1H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Br such as 6PPT30070220B equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E80H3010246L5C made by Autonics as well as the popular MM60004 original spares produced by Autoflame

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33214 by Aydin and 6PPT30070220B spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 39229U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey.
