Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asci HMH 4120 CBNS SL97C-107KM-3239 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Aspect product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 0528082 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1SDA038361R1 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 60400129 by Manufacturer Aspect as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Astero Brand A8M25CZL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ashcroft such as QC1001325302074SD02L600 equipment made by Ashcroft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ashcroft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ashcroft" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M3539TP made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular GM8712G847 original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP41Z4EH4QRIQE00 by Astec and QC1001325302074SD02L600 spares by Ashcroft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
