Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa UGRMEM-08SKD31 / UTOPE-150DK11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hayward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Drives-/-Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Weiss product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hayward such as the SP1610Z1M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTB2293603002AA manufactured by Industrial-Drives-/-Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Drives-/-Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC15010 by Manufacturer Weiss as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kollmorgen Brand TTEB29501010C06 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Animatics such as SM1720MVer415 equipment made by Animatics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Animatics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Animatics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TBN206R1000 made by Servo-Motor as well as the popular UGCMEM08MC45 original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TF3968BC by Lincoln and SM1720MVer415 spares by Animatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UCL710 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
