Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Horton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Whedco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Shimpo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Horton such as the 801520 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9702 manufactured by Whedco and we are pleased to be able to service most Whedco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1579W by Manufacturer Shimpo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Beloit Brand 007A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motovario such as 5322912 equipment made by Motovario have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motovario products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motovario" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 730414 made by Browning as well as the popular 132222 original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
