Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Westronics CB100330, CB100329, CB100331, MC100331 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Saftonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftonics such as the DCSupply250A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMDLC manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP1EN40DRD by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Omron Brand CVM1PRO01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fisher-Rosemount such as CL6521X1DA2 equipment made by Fisher-Rosemount have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DKC0131007FW made by Rexroth as well as the popular CM100E3U24F original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCT6088 by Polysonics and CL6521X1DA2 spares by Fisher-Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP704L1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eagle-Signal.
