Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wenglor US88VCS265 + 203-434-608E2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Validyne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Valmet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the M851151 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AP1046 manufactured by Validyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Validyne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D201925ACNCS by Manufacturer Valmet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Uticor Brand 76W76 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varian such as L90010 equipment made by Varian have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varian products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varian" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IOP330 made by Valmet as well as the popular 750E30 original spares produced by Uticor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0190142801F by Varian and L90010 spares by Varian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMPNIKS2A1P0A2EE12C1N1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vaisala.
