Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Watlow N32N-8895 0843 10 FIREROD 240V 1745W parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weber products, including obsoleted and phased-out Web-Printing parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electrostat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weber such as the SOR3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WPC2X180000200 manufactured by Web-Printing and we are pleased to be able to service most Web-Printing systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1082181 by Manufacturer Electrostat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Wera Brand RE24OUTCC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Watlow such as ST1000A1BF125 equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available SKHD32GSE516RH2 made by Weidmuller as well as the popular WDL5001M1242009 original spares produced by Weldex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 900358 by West and ST1000A1BF125 spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LR6808 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weidmuller.
