Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ward Leonard WRIK2-73 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telesis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dy4-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telesis such as the 26883 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 216262 manufactured by Dy4-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Dy4-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5204612450 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Warrick Brand 1G2D0A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Forney such as 32747406 equipment made by Forney have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Forney products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Forney" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0103969006 made by J-mar as well as the popular 1G1E1A original spares produced by Warrick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WYGFD12 by Wygf-d12-Woonyoung-Digital-Ground-Fault-Relay-Ac/d and 32747406 spares by Forney are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25259 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newport.
