Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Walter-Titex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Wandfluh product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Walter-Titex such as the E311139 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GPH300QC4001 manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7272122 by Manufacturer Wandfluh as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Warner-Linear Brand M1D0240100A02LN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wehrmann such as Micromat equipment made by Wehrmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wehrmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wehrmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SSW060010T227ESZ made by Weg as well as the popular K2G20115V original spares produced by Warner-Electric
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1281C57G04 by Westinghouse and Micromat spares by Wehrmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
