Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wadeco MWS-SR-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the PHCBRC10000000R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PXM4051A1AA manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPI31200E2P by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Power-General Brand PC7168M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lem such as R881110200 equipment made by Lem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lem" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R2001D made by Motorola as well as the popular N220S4F6CSNSRDSTC original spares produced by Foxboro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PROGENYRSX by Honeywell and R881110200 spares by Lem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OES600R03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea.
