Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Veeder Root 793506-702 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vetter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Viatran product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vetter such as the 411SHSPE2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4600354 manufactured by Vg and we are pleased to be able to service most Vg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3405BM2X2480 by Manufacturer Viatran as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Vero Brand 116018845F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Versatec such as 000023466001 equipment made by Versatec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Versatec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Versatec" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 873249DG4S4012AB60 by Vickers and 000023466001 spares by Versatec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TB10DABX1AAF4041J079 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers.
