Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Valcom VIP-130L-BGE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Veris products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vectron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Vat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Veris such as the Hawkeye8100H8163080043H8163 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PML400008 manufactured by Vectron and we are pleased to be able to service most Vectron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 26436QA41BKG20005 by Manufacturer Vat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Verilink Brand 4016R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vega such as VEGAVIB63 equipment made by Vega have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the vpac6404801sl by Vectrol and VEGAVIB63 spares by Vega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
