Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vacuum Barrier D-15173 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Velmex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Van-Dorn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Valmet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Velmex such as the Mn100050e0111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PATHFINDERCRTC manufactured by Van-Dorn and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Dorn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M851231 by Manufacturer Valmet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Valmet Brand GL2W2P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ametek such as M2000RUTMS1 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ametek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ametek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 930074 made by Veeder-Root as well as the popular 1243L6281301 original spares produced by Varian

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11618845 by Vero and M2000RUTMS1 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC7000Q10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vee-Arc.
