Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vacon NXP00385-A2H1SSS-A1A3000000+BM37+QGLM+AS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Varian products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valmet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Validyne product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Varian such as the 832163 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M851362 manufactured by Valmet and we are pleased to be able to service most Valmet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DP45 by Manufacturer Validyne as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand CP00041B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varvel such as MVR071120B3 equipment made by Varvel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varvel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varvel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VEM02 made by Vem as well as the popular WP702B original spares produced by Vector

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IsoBlockV4c by Verivolt and MVR071120B3 spares by Varvel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
