Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Van-Dorn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valmet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Vee-Arc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Van-Dorn such as the 6ES5398OKB12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A4200216 manufactured by Valmet and we are pleased to be able to service most Valmet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC700020 by Manufacturer Vee-Arc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Valmet Brand A413120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Valvsys such as NT7S1V1T1M11 equipment made by Valvsys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valvsys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valvsys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V100BREVA made by Valco as well as the popular SCI401 original spares produced by Vee-Arc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 882304 by Vellinge and NT7S1V1T1M11 spares by Valvsys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
