Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uticor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Valvcon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the RUUVC4002OH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 750E47 manufactured by Uticor and we are pleased to be able to service most Uticor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VW300KS2N115A by Manufacturer Valvcon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Valmet Brand M899520 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Valeron such as 7150001 equipment made by Valeron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valeron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valeron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 931891 made by Vee-Arc as well as the popular 75B70 original spares produced by Uticor
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT170P12P1RSOS by Vartech and 7150001 spares by Valeron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFX50018 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emotron.
