Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Gearmotor / Baldor CBN3242SB3U143TCNM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Num parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cmc such as the BNR3034DCD00CAB000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMG1152N1BA1L manufactured by Num and we are pleased to be able to service most Num systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CACRSRCA30BBSY124 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Num Brand BPG0952N5QA3CV2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cnc such as C31CS0A11B00 equipment made by Cnc have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available BAL3319540675 made by Baldor as well as the popular BL120E20 original spares produced by Okuma

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM4NR333NGC by Baldor and C31CS0A11B00 spares by Cnc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BD12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bsm-Pump.
