Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the U2t Photonics BPRV2126A-GM-LP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Up-Unipo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unitorq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Vega product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Up-Unipo such as the LRIXR1450200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M30K3 manufactured by Unitorq and we are pleased to be able to service most Unitorq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6149355001 by Manufacturer Vega as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Us-Motors Brand U30P2D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vagon such as NXP00165A2H2SSSA1AF000000 equipment made by Vagon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vagon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vagon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available U5P1D made by Us-Motors as well as the popular 403020070 original spares produced by Ultrasonic-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32737181 by Unisys and NXP00165A2H2SSSA1AF000000 spares by Vagon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D4007N12DFS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Drives.
