Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck PC010-Gi1/4A1M-LIAPN8X-H1141, 6831029 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unipower parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the H25G1024ABZC8830LEDSM18H25DSB1000ABZ7406 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPL1600L manufactured by Unipower and we are pleased to be able to service most Unipower systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ePALM100062 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Uci Brand TYPE58 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Uticor such as 76573 equipment made by Uticor have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 1321110420 made by Turn-Act as well as the popular 310008 original spares produced by Unico

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5A083STZB17R2752P212202SW by Ultra-Motion and 76573 spares by Uticor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FM360 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tylan.
