Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tol-o-matic such as the BC234793 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BRC3A manufactured by Toyota and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyota systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT130G2U5120 by Manufacturer Tosvert as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Thomson Brand 7820595 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tobishi such as FCKLK8 equipment made by Tobishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tobishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tobishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 17708 made by Tirak as well as the popular MTS25 original spares produced by Thorlabs
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 148826 by Tol-o-matic and FCKLK8 spares by Tobishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
