Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Teknic CPM-MCPV-2341S-ELN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Teknor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Teknor such as the T932BB1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC3D12AP7 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSXDET1604 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Teledyne Brand 132804 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Teknic such as 2100856SST1500105 equipment made by Teknic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teknic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teknic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ATV45075N made by Telemecanique as well as the popular ATV16U29M2 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STBNDN2212PDT3100DDO3600DDI3610XBA2200 by Telemecanique and 2100856SST1500105 spares by Teknic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HRBIM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teledyne.
