Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Techno Drive KR-55MS-2Z R KR55MS2ZR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tek-drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Thomson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toei such as the VLPD5010A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TDSV8L2P2FTDSV8L2P2F manufactured by Tek-drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Tek-drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C35M024A01P by Manufacturer Thomson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Teco Brand F5104040C3U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vat such as 10844CE44ASG10139 equipment made by Vat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BRMP2 made by Vickers as well as the popular 21006793 original spares produced by Weber

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A8PU05ABFW02 by Toyoda and 10844CE44ASG10139 spares by Vat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ARS6015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teijin.
