Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tech Motive Tool T066I045MSP3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ixys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pepperl-Fuchs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the TSX1713428 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VUO1612NO1 manufactured by Ixys and we are pleased to be able to service most Ixys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VAMCTRKFR2 by Manufacturer Pepperl-Fuchs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Vicor Brand VIPU22CWW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as VFSX2002R equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TypeE made by Eisenman-Corporation as well as the popular TRDN360R original spares produced by Koyo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TMC4003100 by Telesis and VFSX2002R spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XVME630 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xycom.
