Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tcs 6504/10V/PA/415V/40A/RMS1/1CV/MTR/AM/CL/ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tecnu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teknic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Teledyne product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tecnu such as the WSa510121Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M2348FH manufactured by Teknic and we are pleased to be able to service most Teknic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S2255000C0SD by Manufacturer Teledyne as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Techmotive Brand C4700A01V216051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tegimenta such as 9401548 equipment made by Tegimenta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tegimenta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tegimenta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 339467 made by Maxom-Motor as well as the popular EAK242R1G original spares produced by Tdk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600KMRA5 by Te-Technology and 9401548 spares by Tegimenta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SG503 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tektronix.
