Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tb Woods 6J300 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tem-Tsubakimoto products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Us-Syncrogear product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tem-Tsubakimoto such as the SM115MH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40P20 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2147159 by Manufacturer Us-Syncrogear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Timken Brand L624510 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Unitta-Timing-Belt-1960-5gt-15 such as 19605GT15 equipment made by Unitta-Timing-Belt-1960-5gt-15 have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 48290 by Timken and 19605GT15 spares by Unitta-Timing-Belt-1960-5gt-15 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 497 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
