Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Taian E2-201-H1A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Teco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the VT130G14025BOE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CFW700A10P0T2DBN1 manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N3215N1U by Manufacturer Teco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Thomson Brand ODM005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tech-motive such as 49410002C5 equipment made by Tech-motive have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available PVH98QPCRF2S10CM731 made by Vickers as well as the popular EQ74050C original spares produced by Teco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGU030 by Toyoda and 49410002C5 spares by Tech-motive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT130G22220 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba.
