Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the T.l.s. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Textron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tsubaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the A324864 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSHU205 manufactured by Textron and we are pleased to be able to service most Textron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1002RB by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Tb-Woods Brand P4014M40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubaki such as RS40OL equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2260200 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular 1105C original spares produced by Tb-Woods
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2250200 by Tolomatic and RS40OL spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 347122295821 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thomas-Micron.
