Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tobar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thornton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Thornton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tobar such as the 32DP1231433121 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W298200 manufactured by Thornton and we are pleased to be able to service most Thornton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W218215 by Manufacturer Thornton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sunx Brand RS120HF2SAS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Triad such as LT1012P1 equipment made by Triad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triad" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XS8C4A4PCM12 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular XMLF160D2039 original spares produced by Telemecanique
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XUB0ANSNM12 by Telemecanique and LT1012P1 spares by Triad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
