Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Technical--Try product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the RNYX153130 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BRX manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FD2002 by Manufacturer Technical--Try as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Tci Brand KDRF2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Superlube such as 86055 equipment made by Superlube have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Superlube products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Superlube" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TS778 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular GSS201803227 original spares produced by Taishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS1362N152 by Tamagawa and 86055 spares by Superlube are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SJN2015754 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tai-Shi.
