Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Star 21100S/7383 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sweo-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sterling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Superlube product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sweo-Controls such as the 722512 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP6465 manufactured by Sterling and we are pleased to be able to service most Sterling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 81055 by Manufacturer Superlube as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Svg-Silicon-Valley-Group Brand Coater in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sti such as 4326802 equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NA40MUP made by Sunx as well as the popular FL10U original spares produced by Strainsert

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCF720450R3 by Sti and 4326802 spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D243 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Staubli.
