Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sony SOMIC-OPTC-IN8-CHAT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Spectra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sprecher--Schuh parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Specter product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Spectra such as the 04475770 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CA372N11CA3P manufactured by Sprecher--Schuh and we are pleased to be able to service most Sprecher--Schuh systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 68A256CMM1 by Manufacturer Specter as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Si-Span Brand SPT105100AVCRMB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sony such as MD211G1BR equipment made by Sony have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sony products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sony" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DCR609BM5 made by Sorensen as well as the popular 97384 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8910syd138 by Square-D and MD211G1BR spares by Sony are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OCR300ld Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ssi.
