Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sm-cyclo TO-FV/FB-05A RNFM02-33L-AV-B-20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Softron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Soekris-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Speedline product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Softron such as the PL10V5B3N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20480104 manufactured by Soekris-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Soekris-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 61860117011 by Manufacturer Speedline as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Spea Brand ASR35 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sony such as AM224 equipment made by Sony have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sony products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sony" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TE2003 made by Snap-On as well as the popular 82021101 original spares produced by Spectra-physics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RLD11MWT by Sodick and AM224 spares by Sony are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KITTA35P800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sonics.
