Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seiki SEIKI FIOSL 20-01-00-00 V1.7 EPROM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Servoland product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seiki such as the PANIO100503SMCN2B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11844 manufactured by Sem and we are pleased to be able to service most Sem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMCM2A1 by Manufacturer Servoland as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Servowatt Brand DCP13030B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Servo-Dynamics such as SD101510 equipment made by Servo-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available SEIKIFIOSL20010000V17EPROM made by Seiki as well as the popular SLDS3 original spares produced by Seiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E2C351SUL by Seiko and SD101510 spares by Servo-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SU7114D1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Servo-tek.
