Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scientific Atlanta P2-HD-15TXQ-10-GHZ-DM-QAM-SA-ITU35 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sensotec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the VS65A101AC1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 27F201190 manufactured by Seco and we are pleased to be able to service most Seco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 440A03610 by Manufacturer Sensotec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Seco Brand SV340101000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Seco such as W281 equipment made by Seco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SCP100S24XCPSCP100S24XCP made by Sola as well as the popular SCUSTCM original spares produced by Seiko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A2Z18E1000A2Z18E1000 by Sdp/si and W281 spares by Seco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC6DC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti.
