Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scheider Electric LC1D09JL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lovato products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electronic-A/s parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lovato such as the M1P0181312060B0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC3DD4010 manufactured by Electronic-A/s and we are pleased to be able to service most Electronic-A/s systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature THAUX61S by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yagi Brand UKC1183120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as NFZ31E21 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LC1D25F7 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular MRC32120 original spares produced by Cerus

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 462121H5U by Elobau and NFZ31E21 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP1D1810BD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
