Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rota-cyl AD11.5X90-1-C24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rtd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leica parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rta product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rtd such as the DG487296 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8519392A7M241370854688732297 manufactured by Leica and we are pleased to be able to service most Leica systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 460ESMMN34 by Manufacturer Rta as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rsf-Electronics Brand MS5026M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rota-cyl such as AD115X901C24 equipment made by Rota-cyl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rota-cyl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rota-cyl" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CRMI5050A2M1 made by Stm as well as the popular MODEL2501 original spares produced by Royce

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 591764 by Rs and AD115X901C24 spares by Rota-cyl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
