Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rohde & Schwarz NRP-Z51 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensordata parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rki-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051CD0A02A1AH2L4B1M504 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M211114M211114 manufactured by Sensordata and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensordata systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 650601RK by Manufacturer Rki-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rockwell Brand 836ETD1EN9D4A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Revere such as USP15A equipment made by Revere have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Revere products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Revere" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 02350708000 made by Schaevitz as well as the popular MP75TX00 original spares produced by Red-Lion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 09619600025 by Scott-Instrument and USP15A spares by Revere are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2xNiCrNi Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reckmann.
