Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rockwell Automation M0087710-125499 E20460-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Klockner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eagle-Signal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eagle-Machinery product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Klockner such as the UMC600AKAC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HM302A607 manufactured by Eagle-Signal and we are pleased to be able to service most Eagle-Signal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMSS10611 by Manufacturer Eagle-Machinery as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eaton Brand BPONI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as SVX150A14A1N1 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CT530A602 made by Eagle-Signal as well as the popular ch200500AN56NN0 original spares produced by Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 110V50Cy by Eaton and SVX150A14A1N1 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DA211A6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eagle-Signal.
