Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ringspann FBF72SF SERIE M1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Robertshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ris parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Robohand product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Robertshaw such as the 741 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT2463PP manufactured by Ris and we are pleased to be able to service most Ris systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature rps17dc by Manufacturer Robohand as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ris Brand AN3128 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Goss such as E194381REV02M003122333 equipment made by Goss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Goss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Goss" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PWB10160 made by Robot as well as the popular 4530807 original spares produced by Robotron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4730042001 by Robotron and E194381REV02M003122333 spares by Goss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC1330CH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ris.
