Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rice Lake RL35082-N5-2.5K-HE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sencon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Roland product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sencon such as the 11PH37206 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051S2CG4A2E11A1A manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSDIS75S by Manufacturer Roland as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rosemount Brand 463079 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as CELA01Y274 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSA6702SG made by Rsf-Elektronik as well as the popular RLMK410SS original spares produced by Rice-Lake

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HDA300X9 by Seeka and CELA01Y274 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMART20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Servo-Robot.
